Water sports at the North Goa beaches
Baga, Calangute and Candolim are the hubs for water sports — parasailing, jet-ski, banana-boat and bump rides, and speedboat dolphin-spotting trips. Most are sold on the beach and payable directly; a combo 'water-sports package' usually bundles three or four rides at a better rate.
Grand Island, off Sinquerim, is the spot for scuba diving and snorkelling, with half-day boat trips that include a Goan lunch and a chance to see reef fish in clear water.
Dudhsagar Falls jeep safari
The four-tiered Dudhsagar Falls, on the Goa–Karnataka border inside Bhagwan Mahavir Wildlife Sanctuary, is Goa's headline natural adventure. Access is by a shared forest-department jeep safari from Kulem (Collem), best in and just after the monsoon when the falls are in full flow. Wear sturdy shoes and carry a change of clothes.
Spice-farm treks & river cruises
Inland near Ponda, working spice plantations run guided walks through pepper, cardamom, nutmeg and vanilla, ending in a traditional Goan buffet. Come evening, the Mandovi river cruises out of Panjim add live music, Goan folk dance and a party deck.

Which are the best adventure activities in Goa?
Parasailing and jet-ski at Baga/Calangute, scuba diving at Grand Island, the Dudhsagar Falls jeep safari, dolphin-spotting boat trips, and a spice-plantation trek near Ponda are the most popular. All can be added to a Goa tour package; activity tickets are payable directly.
Are water sports included in the tour package?
Water sports, club entries and activity tickets are not included in the standard package price — they are payable directly. We help you plan and book them as part of your itinerary.
When is the best time for the Dudhsagar jeep safari?
July to early February, during and just after the monsoon, when the falls are at their fullest. The forest jeep safari may pause during very heavy rain.
